I found Coco Cosmetics recently and loved what I saw on the site.
It is really for professional make up artists and the like but I think their prices are good for professional products and they have free shipping and offer free gifts with purchases. All that lured me in.
This is a good site for those serious about cosmetics and accessories. Quality is high and prices are reasonable.

Coco Cosmetics was founded by a Make Up Arstist who was born into a family of artists. Coco pursued her career in make up with Estee Lauder for 15 years in Guadalahara, Mexico as a Top Sales Leader. When she immigrated to the U.S. in 1987 she continued her career in the Television Industry making up faces for another 10 years.
Coco discovered the Italian Make Up and designed colors to enhance the Beauty of the Latin Woman. Her success in the Make Up Industry has carried over to this line of Cosmetics with a Make Up Kit and a Professional Line of Cosmetics and skin care as well.
What the Site Sells
Their claim to fame is fantastic professional make up cases, train cases, jewelry and watch cases, and natural hair cosmetic brushes. They also sell professional cosmetic palettes, single cosmetic items, skin care, loads of accessories, and much more.
Navigation
This site is totally non bling. It is a Yahoo site with simple categories down the sites, simple photos, decent descriptions, and a simple browsing style.
Many items are on one page and you can click in any of them to see individual items larger and with descriptions.
There are some spelling and grammar errors in the descriptions which led me, wrongly, to believe the site and products were coming from another country. That isn't so. I don't know why someone didn't spell check the site but I would do it in exchange for a large train case ;)
If you love cosmetics like I do, you will find yourself fawning over the professional make up artist's palettes and the gorgeous make up cases. Even the descriptions are talking to the make up artist which tells me I am getting some of the same things that the pros are.
Browse categories and add items to your cart. There is generally at least one free gift offered for orders over a certain dollar amount which you will see on the home page. Those free items do NOT show up in your cart and you may panic but you will get what is promised.
You can see your cart at any time by clicking the cart link.
Everything is simple because shipping, handling, and tax is all free and you don't have to guess what you will pay. The price you see is the price you pay.
After you have chosen your products, you will go to a standard Yahoo checkout.
Fill in your name, address, and email and provide your major credit card number and expiry.
You can leave a comment for the site, which you should always do if you are due a free gift just to be on the safe side.
The next page verifies your order and you are done. It is sublimely simple to buy on this site and sublimely simple to spend much more than you expected to because everything is so inviting.
You will receive an immediate email with your confirmation number and a tracking link that you can use to see where your order is at any time.
The site uses UPS and you can choose a faster service other than ground, which is free, for a fee, but I have found the orders arrive quite quickly.
You will get your order in about a week, well packed and with some brochures.
My Experience
I don't even know how I managed to come across this site. I think I was looking up make up cases and the site popped up during my search.
The make up cases they have are truly professional quality made for professional make up artists. I love them. They're not cheap but they are well worth the cost.
The make up is professional grade and prices are pretty good for all of it. They have many sales on everything on top of their already discounted prices and much of their make up line is no more expensive than department store make up — often much less.
I decided to get a real make up case for once instead of using bins and boxes and found one I liked. It wasn't cheap but it was just what I have needed for years. I also picked up some lip color and a few other things. At the time, they were offering a free natural hair cosmetic brush set and case with an order over $85.00 so, of course, I spent over $85.00. Those brushes are great! How could I pass that up?
Ordering was so simple. I chose what I wanted, added to my cart, and was done paying in mere moments. They don't up sell or make you register. You just buy what you want and leave.
I did write a note in the comment section because I didn't see my free gift on the order form. I knew, from experience with these types of checkouts, that you usually don't see free gifts with purchases but still, I wanted to be sure.
I got a confirmation email as soon as I placed my order.
I got an email the next day letting me know my free gifts were, indeed, included and will be with my order.
I got yet another email when my order shipped.
The order arrived in around six days.
It was well packed, everything was high quality, and yep, my free gifts were in there and boy were they a great bonus!
The make up case is really professional grade. This isn't a Wal-Mart type box. It is made for professionals and shows. I am overjoyed with the case. I like the other products too and am happy with my purchases.
Customer service was attentive and I have no complaints. I will be returning to the site to try their make up line in more depth soon. I want to try a few of their palettes and the foundations which are professional grade.
In all, I had a very easy, very problem free transaction.
The site isn't the hugest or the most well known but you should check it out! It has some really great things for the serious cosmetic lover and many supplies and accessories to help you keep all your stuff organized and in good shape.
The brushes are also really great and priced below many beauty store brands.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free. Period. For any size order. No tax. No handling. No hidden fees.
You can return make up cases and brush sets within 30 days but there is a 15% restocking fee.
Make up and used brushes are not returnable.
Conclusion
I enjoy shopping on this site. There are some typos and the site is very simple, but the quality and decent prices make up for that.
I have had no problems at all shopping on the site, getting what I was promised, and communicating with customer service.
I am going with 4 stars. I would go with 5 but I think some will be confused about not seeing their free gifts in their cart or on their confirmation letter and the typos may make some wonder where the items are coming from. They come from California, not another country like I originally thought when reading through the site.
Check it out. You may find that you just have to try the cases, accessories, brushes, skin care, and cosmetics that Coco Cosmetics offers just as I did.
