Once you have chosen the bags and other items you want, along with the colors/patterns of the materials and the fragrances, you are ready to pay. Use a major credit card and you are done! You will receive a confirmation email and a shipping one. Items arrive quickly simply packed in plastic bags with full instructions.
My Experience
I spent a lot of time reading about these bags. I wanted to be sure they would help my pain and would be right for me. They sure seemed to be what I was looking for. These are all natural inside and out and have natural scents that last for months. I ordered a neck bag, an eye bag, and a cover for the neck bag. All went through fine. But naturally, I started to have second thoughts. I have had plenty of these types of bags where the filling all ends up at the bottom and my neck gets an empty sack of fabric. I worried that would happen with the neck bag so I wrote to the site asking about that and saying I thought I might want to switch to a "long bag" which has four sections so the buckwheat can't shift.
Customer service wrote me back almost immediately saying that the neck bag was over 2 and a half pounds and that they didn't think I needed to worry about the buckwheat shifting but I was welcome to change my order to the long bag. But then I had second thoughts again. I am such a pain to deal with and I know it!
I finally decided to get BOTH bags. I have enough pain for two and figured the long bag could be used for other things like cramps and muscle aches so I wasn't really doubling what I needed. Customer service said that was fine and I ordered and paid for the third bag. But wait! If you order two bags you get a discount. And if you order two bag covers you get a discount. So, I wrote them again and was told that they would, of course, give me the discount on both items and that they would mail my items priority mail. By then, I am sure I gave THEM the headache I had.
Suffice to say, my order came in just a couple of days in a priority mail box. Everything was exactly as ordered and I am basking in the peppermint scent of my neck bag and looking forward to using the eye pillow later. I am not just happy with my order, I am happy with the professional and friendly way I was treated throughout my transaction.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free in the US. It is $4.00 per bag to Canada and $6.00 per bag to the UK.
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after purchase. Just send back the item and make an exchange or get a refund.
Tax is charged only in Utah.
Conclusion
I drove these poor people crazy with my indecisiveness but they helped me out and they did all they could to appease me and I appreciate that. I love the bags! I wasn't quite sure what to expect but these are very well made and really do heat and stay heated for a long time. I have not used a frozen one yet but my eye pillow is chilling now and I can't wait to relieve my sinus pressure and eye strain using it.
The products are great, the prices are very good, and the service is outstanding.
