Eforcity does what it is supposed to do. There is a nice enough web site, and price are reasonable. They even have great ratings as an Amazon reseller.
As a shopper, you won't find prices marked up by frills, which is fine if Eforcity is the only place that has what you need. In some ways, one can see the company struggling to be a low cost, low margin, high volume supplier. That is a tough game for well-financed companies. Smaller web companies need skill, luck and nerves of steel to pull it off.
I chose Eforcity for a power supply because they promised faster availability the anyone else I researched. The order did arrive fast with the cable in a plastic bag with what looked like a homemade label. The bag was in an envelope folded over twice — a very smart, but also homemade fulfillment move.
The cable sat on top of a packing slip with a 10% coupon for a future order.
Shopping here was very much like walking into Radio Shack. You should know what you want to order and shouldn't expect much hand holding for installation.
