I'm Hopelessly Unorganized but Franklin Covey Helps Control My Disorganization

Every year, I swear I am going to get organized and every year, I order my Franklin Covey refill pages, pens, tabs, motivational cubes, and more. The site is well organized. I'm still not, although that isn't the fault of the site or products!
What the Site Sells
Franklin Covey is the leader in organizing supplies. They sell leather and vinyl binders in a variety of sizes, start up kits for those new to carrying around a planner, replacement planner packages for those who have a binder, electronic planning systems, planning software, pens, and much more. If you need something to keep your appointments, contact lists, and to do lists organized, this site carries it!
Navigation
The Franklin Covey site is clean and uncluttered, purposely, no doubt. The shopping area has simple links on both sides of the home page for easy navigation. The home page has pictures of the newest binders, totes, and planners and all are clickable as well.
You can browse by category or perform a search to hone down the offerings. If you have a catalog, you can input the catalog number of the item you want.
They have a link for you to go to their current promotions page which lists all the discounts and promotions going on at the moment and their clearance section is always filled with fun and inexpensive things.
Items have several views and large photos. The descriptions are good and it really is hard to go wrong on this site. However, if you do have questions, they have Live Chat Help available Monday to Friday 7:00 am MST - 6:00 pm MST. You can also email customer service with questions and they will promptly return your email with the information you need.
If you want an item, you will choose style, dates and color (if needed) and add it to your cart. Continue shopping with the belief that this is, indeed, the year that you will get organized. Well, that's what I do. Franklin Covey certainly has all the tools I need. It just doesn't sell the upgrade my brain needs to actually use the stuff every day and follow an agenda.
When you are finished shopping, you will go to checkout. If you are registered with the site, you can sign in, or go to the checkout area and fill out your billing and shipping address and provide your email address.
Your shipping charge will be provided at that time (Look for free shipping deals. They have them all the time.). You can choose from three shipping speeds: Standard, Second Day, and Overnight. You can choose to register with the site at that time or just continue without registering.
Pick your shipping preference and continue on to the payment area.
There, you will see your total, which will usually include sales tax. Only a few states are exempt.
Provide your major credit card and expiry and that's it. You will get a confirmation email and then a shipping one with tracking.
Your order should arrive within five to seven days after shipping if you choose standard shipping.
My Experience
Always flawless. The hardest part about shopping on this site is stopping! I usually visit in October and pick my planner pages for the next year. I have two leather binders in two sizes so I don't need binders but I look anyway and lust. The clearance area is a great deal of fun and the pens get me every time. One of my favorite pens on earth is the Sensa Zephyr which my boss bought for me at Franklin Covey Online.
I go through ebates which offers 7% cash back and usually have a free shipping coupon I salvage from the net.
The site is easy to navigate, has plenty of informational photos and descriptions, and lots of variety. I think it is useless to try to get fake Franklin Covey stuff when the real thing is simply better and not much more expensive than the knock offs.
I pay with my credit card and my orders always arrive in a timely fashion, boxed well, and ready for me to lose everything. Ha!
This is a classy site with classy customer service and great quality.
Shipping and Returns
There is a shipping chart on the site but it's a little tough to find. Shipping runs from $5.94 to $32.96 and is based on weight. They often have free shipping over $69.00 so check around for a coupon code to save on shipping.
You can return anything for a full refund within 30 days or receipt. All of their products carry a one year warranty against defects or poor workmanship so hold onto your receipt in case you need it.
There are special rules for software and some other products so refer to their returns policy before ordering if you are not sure that you definitely want an item.

Conclusion
Go forth and plan! This site is excellent. I have dealt with customer service a few times and they were helpful, fair, and friendly. My orders all came quickly and as described and I have no complaints at all about the site. I'm still not organized but you know the old saying about leading a horse to water but not being able to make him drink. I have all the water I need but I forget to drink it. Sigh. Still, I will continue ordering from this site and vowing to organize my life with their help.
