A Superior Site for Superior Skin Care Products

I am a huge fan of Wei East skin care products and have ordered a few times from their website. I have since found better deals on kits on HSN but still visit the official Wei East Online Store to see and read about new products and make an order if the price is right.
What the Site Sells
Wei East's five lines of skin care, their new natural make up line, and their signature fragrances.
Navigation and Ordering
The website is soothing in light green and white with oriental touches. The newest products are shown on the home page and there are links to all of the five lines of skin care as well as the makeup and fragrances.
You can click on the Welcome link which tells you about the company and gives you the opportunity to sign up for various Wei East newsletters and promotional emails. Or click on the Products link to learn about the quality skin care. There is also a link to see when Wei East products will be sold on HSN and a Help link.
From there, you can read about each products and each collection. Photos are very good and descriptions are full.
When you click to add an item to you cart, you will get a full listing of all the products sold on the site and you can order several items at a time by inputting the number of items you want in the boxes next to the products.
The total will change as you add products. Tax will be filled in but is only applicable to New Jersey and Pennsylvania residents. Shipping is $5.95 or free for orders for over $75.00.
Fill in your shipping and billing address(es) and supply a MasterCard or Visa number and you will get a confirmation number but your total will come to you in email since they have to see if tax is applicable to you. That is kind of a weird way to do things but it works.
You will get a shipping email as well.
Orders arrive wonderfully packed with foil samples and other fun stuff within about a week.
My Experience
This site is great for gathering info about the products. I use it mostly for that then shop at HSN! However, sometimes the prices are better on the site or there are specials which make more sense to order from the site.
Because descriptions and directions for use are so complete, I never had a problem choosing what I wanted. I was not charged tax as I am in New York.
A couple of times, I was charged the $5.95 flat shipping because my orders were not over $75.00. A couple of times my orders shipped free. All times, they arrived quickly and well packed with little extras and samples that I enjoyed.
I returned one item because it just it seemed that I was breaking out after using it and had a positive experience with customer service who helped me find a more appropriate product and who gladly took back my opened product and exchanged it for me.
Everything about the site is high class. I would shop there more often but the kits and specials on HSN are such a savings that I can't justify shopping on the Wei East site that often. Still, all my orders were processed quickly and all went just fine.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping is $5.95 for orders under $75.00 and free for orders over.
There are expedited shipping options but you need to call their customer service number and work it out with them.
Returns are simple. Just send the product back with your name, address, and the reason for return. Wei East will send you a check for the full purchase amount — no questions asked and no hassles.
Conclusion
Wei East is a wonderful company with high quality skin care products, new mineral make up, and fragrance. Each product is based on Chinese ingredients as well as state of the art anti aging ones.
Products are high end and wonderful but pricey.
If you order from the site, do so with confidence. Your order will be well packed and come to you quickly with a few extras that are always a plus.
Returns are easy and the staff takes genuine pride in every product they sell. They are happy to help with any questions or problems you may have at their toll free number or via email.
Even if you choose to order on HSN where their products are sold exclusively outside of their site, the Wei East website is a great source of information. They happily answer questions even if you choose not to order on the site.
I am very happy with all my transactions on the Wei East Online Store. Their products are top notch and so is their service.
